Balance Minigame programming 95% done April 10, 2006

So I had to make a little minigame for a CS 345 homework assignment and I figured as long as I had to, I might as well do something useful, so I've got our little balance minigame worked out pretty well, it needs some tweaking and different win/loss conditions for our purposes, as well as graphics from our game, but the controls and the wobbling and balancing are all there.
